Further SEO is affected by many factors including quality of content, content relevancy to the query, internal linking structure, webpage and website popularity in the form of backlinks, social media presence, loading speed, etc. There are so many factors to look at but for our purposes we will focus on the first 3 to 4 above.
From the above you will notice that SEO takes into consideration human intervention because who else can determine the quality of content and relevance unless it is the consumer of content. So say, if you have written content on an affiliate site and a person types a search query on the search engine (SE), the SE returns results in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page) and the searcher clicks on the website.

Or the content might be relevant but of poor quality or shallow resulting in the searcher spending less time… in this case the ranking of the webpage might drop.
This is bounce rate, though there is more involved to Bounce Rate than described above. So here we simply wanted to show you how human interaction with the website can also be used as a ranking factor in SEO.
TIP: If you have skill or lucky to pick untapped niche markets you do will not struggle much with ranking high in search engines because there will very little competition in that niche from other affiliate marketers.

Navigation is not limited to menu navigation only. Think of a map of a huge shopping complex. If the map is well constructed, you must be able to tell where you are, be able to see or pinpoint prominent areas and you be able to easily follow a route to those areas should you choose. Further you should be able to see neighboring areas and equally be able to access them without much hassle. That will be a user-friendly map.
And that is how your website is supposed to be if you want it be user-friendly to your visitor. Wherever the your visitor is, they must be related products, and relevant pages, other areas of the website like Home, Categories, Main Pages, etc. These could be reachable by clicking anchor texts, menu items, tags, etc.
